I am so excited for this month I can hardly contain myself. For the first time in months I have ample time to practice everything and anything I feel like doing, I have no less than three performances this month that are all things I’m very excited about, and unrelated to music, I got my first vegetable share from the Propect Lefferts Garden CSA last saturday. All in all, June is going to be great.

June 8th, New York Composer’s Circle at Symphony Space http://www.symphonyspace.org/event/7794-new-york-composers-circle 7:30pm, $15 in advance or $20 at the door Maya Bennardo and I are premiering Jesse Diener-Bennett’s duo, Ninth for Two, that won the 2012 NY Composer’s Circle composition competition. June 15th, Molly Herron’s Residency Recital Brooklyn Youth Chorus Academy, 2pm, free admission Maya Bennardo and I are premiering Molly Herron’s Duo for two treble instruments, Sputter. June 21, Make Music New York at the Albee Square Plaza 1 DeKalb ave, from 11am-12pm, free to the public an hour of duos and solo performed by Maya Bennardo and Anne Dearth as part of the city wide festival, Make Music New York.
